Ibn Mundir's book Al-Ijma' is great fiqh book to understand what the scholars of the past (salaf) have agreed upon on matters related to the religion of Islam and it's rulings which cannot be refuted and must be acted upon. This small book helps the students of knowledge and as well the lay person to understand the religion and it's unanmiously agreed upon proofs and evidences.
